As Director of Administration, Ms. Kafer is responsible for managing the law firm's human resources matters, interfacing with the law firm's vendors and suppliers and addressing all financial management issues. 

In addition to her administrative duties, Ms. Kafer provides daily paralegal services to many clients of the law firm.  Ms. Kafer has extensive experience in both transactional and litigation-related matters.  Ms. Kafer has also developed a prowess in working with clients of the law firm who have minority, set-aside or other similar certification needs.
